These terms concern your use of the Coastal Bliss Adventures website, operated by Coastal Bliss Adventures Ltd. (CBA). They are not the booking contract for a trip.
Trip bookings are governed separately
Bookings, payments, cancellation arrangements and participation are governed by the Trip Terms & Conditions, the Booking Policy, and any applicable accepted booking agreement. If there is a conflict about a booking, those documents govern rather than this website-use page.
Website information
The website provides general information about destinations, activities, equipment and trip planning. We work to keep it accurate but information may change. Published trip details and other statements are subject to the booking terms applicable when a reservation is made. General website information does not replace individualized medical, safety or professional advice.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content unlawfully.
Copyright and permitted use
