Authorized Reseller Program
Coastal Bliss Adventures works with selected travel agencies and resellers through individually negotiated wholesale arrangements. We do not offer an open-enrolment, commission-based affiliate program.
1. Written authorization required
Only resellers with a current, signed reseller agreement with Coastal Bliss Adventures may market and resell our guided tours under an authorized wholesale arrangement. Displaying a link to our website, referring customers, or making an enquiry does not establish reseller status or entitlement to wholesale pricing.
2. Wholesale pricing
Authorized resellers purchase eligible tour spaces at individually negotiated wholesale rates established in their signed agreement. Applicable tours, pricing, and any exceptions are specified in writing; wholesale terms are not automatically available to other resellers. These are wholesale reductions, not commissions, and Coastal Bliss does not pay an additional referral commission.
3. Reservations and guest information
Authorized resellers must make bookings through Coastal Bliss Adventures' designated Checkfront booking system and follow its booking procedures. For each booking, the reseller must provide the names, email addresses, and phone contact information of all booked guests when the booking is made, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
4. Payment terms
Under the standard reseller agreement, a deposit of 15% of the wholesale invoice amount, including applicable additions and taxes, is payable within seven (7) days of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than seventy-five (75) days before tour departure. Failure to pay by the stated deadlines may result in forfeiture of the booking and release of the tour space back to our inventory, as set out in the signed agreement.
5. Guest policies and responsibilities
Tour cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Coastal Bliss Adventures booking and cancellation policies and by the signed reseller agreement. Resellers must clearly communicate those conditions to their customers. Guest preparation, participation requirements, waivers, and safety information remain applicable regardless of the booking channel. Please review our Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions.
6. Promotional materials and confidentiality
Resellers may use Coastal Bliss's published or supplied marketing materials only as permitted under their written agreement and may not alter them without authorization. Non-public wholesale rates, commercial terms, guest information, and other confidential business information must be handled in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable privacy obligations.
7. Duration and termination
The term, renewal, suspension, termination, and any consequences of a breach are governed by the signed reseller agreement. No ongoing right to sell tour spaces or receive a discount is created by this public information page.
8. Becoming an authorized reseller
Travel agencies interested in selling Coastal Bliss Adventures tours should contact our team to discuss suitability and request a reseller agreement. A wholesale arrangement takes effect only once the agreement has been executed by both parties.
